“The Penza region is one of the important routes for strengthening and expanding relations with China. In the future, we need to deepen cooperation in the agricultural and forestry sectors, as well as in engineering. The Penza region has a great resource in these areas,” Wang Rulin stated.

Governor Vasily Bochkarev noted that car production of the “First Automobile Factory of China” could be organized in Penza, as the region has everything that is necessary for this.

According to the press service of the regional government, the head of the region also proposed cooperation in the field of culture and sport, explaining that the region has the opportunity to organize a tour of Penza art groups in provinces of CPR on the Chinese New Year, and to held joint sports events in Russia and in China in 2013.
