“Penza enterprises worked very closely at the Fair of Northeast Asian countries in Changchun. In particular, the representatives of Sura technical fabric plant discussed with China party opportunities of hemp and nanocovered fabric production. LLC Zoloto, bag manufacturing company, is considering accessories co-production, the Master-PAK company — joint production of cardboard packaging,” Vasily Bochkarev informed.

He added that JSC Corporation of the Penza region Development started negotiations with Chinese investors on the production of glass sand and ceramic bricks in the region.

“In addition, the Minister of Investment Development and Business of the Penza region Vladimir Volkov visited a Chinese company producing dump-trucks and cement carriers — about 10 different types of equipment — and expressed the desire to open a branch of this company in Russia,” the governor noted.

According to Vasily Bochkarev, participation of Penza business in such economic events is necessary.

“Our task is to present the Penza region more intensively overseas, where they are ready to invest in the development of our territory,” Vasily Bochkarev stated.
