“Those who wish to trade in the city may apply with a personal statement to the consumer market department of Penza administration,” states the message posted on the city administration website on Friday, October 10.

According to the message, the Lenin Square seasonal fair, which is open daily from 8.00 to 15.00 except Mondays, is still ongoing.

“The regional representatives can take part in it free of charge. Trading space is available for all farmers,” the statement clarifies.
