Penza governor travels to Turkey for job visit

Penza, 13 April 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region governor Vasily Bochkarev has led the regional delegation for a job visit to Turkey in order to hold talks with the foreign partners on April 13-14.

Among other delegates are Vladimir Volkov, acting first deputy chairman of the regional government, acting Minister of Investment Development and Foreign Trade; Valery Bespalov, deputy chairman of the regional government; Vladimir Podobed, chairman of the regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and Alexandra Bessonova, head of the Export-Oriented SME Support Coordination Center.
The agenda for Monday, April 13, features the meeting between Vasily Bochkarev and Rifat Hisarciklioglu, who heads The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, as well as a visit of the delegation to the Chamber of Industry and talks with Zeki Kivanc, president of the company “Kivanc Tekstil.”
The schedule for Tuesday, April 14, includes the meeting with the Kocaeli province governor, Hasan Basri Guzeloglu. The governors will discuss potential projects aimed at expanding mutual cooperation.
The export from the Penza region into Turkey grew by almost 6.4 times in 2014, the press service of the regional government informed PenzaNews agency.
