Penza, 20 July 2015. PenzaNews. The acting governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev met the representatives of Italian E.A.N Agency S.r.L. on Monday, July 20, to discuss potential investment project aimed at constructing the first tier of a year-round greenhouse complex in the Serdobsk area agro-industrial park.

According to prospects, the complex for cucumbers, salad tomatoes, radishes, dill and parsley will feature 15 hectares with a yearly yield of 12-15 thousand tons.

The authors of the project expect to implement all modern yield-increasing and energy-saving technologies.

The first tier of the complex will be built on the land plot of 25-35 hectares, with a potential to expand to 100 hectares in the second tier.

The construction work will start in 2016, says the press service of the Penza region government.
