Penza governor, Kuybyshevskaya Railroad assistant head, discuss keeping fare benefits

Penza, 10 December 2015. PenzaNews. Management of suburban trains and preservation of fare benefits for citizens was one of the topics discussed during the meeting of the Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev and the deputy authorities relations head of the Kuybyshevskaya Railroad Sergei Blokhin.
The routes and timetables of suburban trains are still under negotiation, with current routes and existing benefits for certain cities expected to be preserved.
Moreover, the Pachelma-Vernadovka suburban train is expected to return.
The parties also reviewed the process on infrastructure projects of “RZD” in the Penza region and mutual cooperation potential in 2016.
Another discussed topic was about transition for certain Penza region enterprises from car to train shipments, says the press service of the Penza region government.
