Penza region governor, Kazakhstan Energy Vice Minister reach agreement on cooperation

Penza, 31 March 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev and the Energy Vice Minister of Kazakhstan Aset Magauov have agreed to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the parties.

“Our enterprises are shipping pipeline accessories for the largest oil, gas and chemical enterprises, as well as medicine, paper and other goods, but I think we have not reached the limit in our range of mutually beneficial contracts,” Ivan Belozertsev said during the meeting held on Wednesday, March 30.

The economic situation of the day require to expand cooperation, he added.

“We are ready to offer Kazakhstan our unique experimental, research and production achievements based on the current infrastructure of the region,” the governor noted.

In turn, Aset Magauov pointed out that Kazakhstan is interested in some of the projects presented by Penza enterprises.

During the talks, the parties agreed to establish direct contacts between producers and their clients.

Many industrial enterprises of the region are engaged in active cooperation with their Kazakhstan partners, says the press service of the Penza region government.

In particular, in 2015, “Penzkhimmash” supplied to the country over 29 million rubles worth of chemical industry equipment, while “Zavod GrAZ” factory did 52 million rubles worth of supplies, while “Penzkompressormash” sells over 80 types of compressor equipment and over 50 types of pump accessories.

In addition, “Penzkompressormash” and “Kyzylorda” bus production plant signed an agreement for supply of a vehicle gas refueling compressor station. The Penza enterprise is currently conducting the field and production testing of the installation.
