As it was reported by the press service of the mayor’s office, the company was offered to voluntarily dismantle the illegally installed trade pavilions which by the present moment have received the court decision and are currently undergoing further court procedure.
In addition, the LLC “Flagman” must remove the kiosks, the lease agreements for which were annulled due to violations from the entrepreneur’s side.
During the meeting Victor Kuvaytsev reminded that because of the voluntarily installed kiosks the Penza budget loses great amount of money which would be important for social problems solving.
“Our position remains unchangeable – everyone who runs a business should make payments prescribed by the law. Trade should be realized at special places which are meant for this purpose: either in stationary buildings – big trade centres, closely-located shops, or under the conditions of fair trade,” – the Penza mayor emphasized.
