Penza, 31 January 2017. PenzaNews. The governor Ivan Belozertsev ordered to purchase materials for the road repairs, which presuppose the record funding in 2017, in advance.

"I want you to be prepared for this. Large companies that have resources, and small ones should take a bank loan, [...] and buy the materials," he said during the meeting devoted to the realization of the project "Safe roads of high-quality" and to the application of money of the road fund, held in the regional government on Tuesday, January 31.

The head of the region said that it is planned to do large amount of work in other regions, therefore road repair materials will be in high demand.

Ivan Belozertsev ordered to pay special attention to the preparation of construction documentation.

"The requirements will be stringent. We will prescribe mutual responsibility during the tender. Failure to fulfill the conditions will lead to big penalties," the governor said.

The head of the region added that it is necessary to be very careful while choosing the contracting organization and to think of the specific activities, which require funds in the first place.

"I will drive along all roads and pass all intersections and you will show me what you plan to do– whether you plan to carry a curb to another place or traffic lights," he noted.
