Penza, 11 January 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region authorities will compile a list of small-story apartment buildings that can support the transfer to the individual heating system in the nearest future, in accordance with the order given by the governor Ivan Belozertsev during the regional government meeting session on Monday, January 11.

“We need to request information about the quantity of such houses from heads of municipalities,” said the head of the region, noting that officials should also prepare information about perspective cost for the upgrade.

The information collection is already in process, announced the Penza region Minister of Construction and Communal Affairs Alexander Grishaev.

“For what it is worth, the heads [of municipalities] are showing [their initiative] when it comes to moving to individual heating. In general, the buildings that are able to support it are already using this system,” he pointed out.

Information on apartment buildings that might benefit from an upgrade will be available in the nearest future, added the Construction Minister.
