“Former United Russia deputy Tyugaev wanted for fraud gives advice on communal issues. In a nutshell – all issues must be subjected to as much public scrutiny as possible,” the leader of Penza Communists wrote in his Facebook on Tuesday, February 2.

“Great piece of advice! I propose to subject the destruction of the municipal transportation system to as much scrutiny as possible, especially since Tyugaev and co are directly related to it,” he pointed out.

Moreover, in his post, Georgy Kamnev liked to the article “Who, How and Why Destroyed City Transportation” published on 24 February 2015 on the website of the regional CPRF committee.
