In particular, the apartment building No. 56 on Stroiteley prospect already had its old elevators dismantled, with boxes containing the new ones placed outside the entryways for residents and passers-by to see.
The subcontractor organization will have to install in the building a total of two elevators with maximum capacity of 400 kg for 9 floors.
They are currently installing new elevator doors, one crew member for each section.
The subcontractor for elevator repairs on Stroiteley prospekt and Ladozhskaya street is “Karacharovsky Mekhanichesky Zavod,” says the website of the Penza Region Apartment Building Capital Repairs Fund. The works, as designated in the agreements, are scheduled to be fully completed by the end of March.
In 2016, Penza communal services plan to conduct comprehensive capital repairs of 24 Penza region apartment buildings with common accounts and 5 apartment buildings that constitute objects of cultural heritage. Overall, a total of 120 apartment buildings will be repaired, with around 185 open procurement auctions for the works.
112 open auctions have been announced as of 20 February 2016, or 60.5% of their total amount. These include 30 auctions for capital repairs of 114 elevators, 19 on roofing repairs, 1 on comprehensive repairs of a single apartment building, 40 for development of cost estimate documentation, and 22 on construction control over capital repairs of elevators.
