Penza, 29 February 2016. PenzaNews. The main improvement measures for Penza streets after the winter season must be complete by April 20, said the Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev.

“We have a good tradition to ask citizens and communal management companies to help clean up the city, spruce up their yards,” the head of the region noted during the regional government meeting session on Monday, February 29.

He proposed to discuss a plan to organize spring neighborhood clean-ups and invite various enterprises and organizations of the city to help.

“We need to bring the Penza city, the regional center proper, and other towns up to proper sanitary status by April 20,” Ivan Belozertsev stressed, proposing to inspect the progress of improvement measures in cities, towns and villages of the region.
