The heating system is currently on slow refill, the press service of the city administration told PenzaNews.

“The pipeline breach affected the working hours of the local food fair, as it was rectified right where the fair stalls were located. Nevertheless, all vendors were able to work on selling their goods today: we found parking for all cars, people are buying and selling, even as the pipeline fix process is nearing the end in the meantime,” they stressed.

The Penza city administration head Victor Kuvaytsev visited the pipeline breach site in the morning of Sunday, March 27, where he met with the heads of the fair and the heating supply organization, the press service added.

“The meeting resulted in an improvement measures roadmap at the location of the breach. Victor Kuvaytsev ordered to allow ‘City Center of Trade and Services’ to work in full by Wednesday, March 30,” the Penza city hall said.
