“I was promised to meet with my wife, whom I last saw two weeks ago on August 28, so today I am going to Moscow. I can say that only then I will finally know what charges are brought against my wife officially. Lawyers have no right to tell me this, since they have given a written undertaking of non-disclosure,” Igor Zelenin reported on Monday, September 10.

He noted that Moscow City Court has not yet set a date of appeal hearing on the decision of Zyuzinsky court in Moscow concerning leaving Olga Zelenina under custody until October 15.

Igor Zelenin also commented on recent news about qualifying the case of Penza prisoner as a political one by the public organization “Union of Solidarity with Political Prisoners.”

“I do not possess the information, that some people have proclaimed her a political prisoner. Probably, this is just someone’s gag,” the agency interlocutor commented.
