Penza, 5 November 2014. PenzaNews. The police have opened a criminal case on intended bodily harm after the conflict at a bus stop on Tarnovskogo Street in Penza resulted in a trip for one of the brawlers to hospital with a fractured lower jaw.

As the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told PenzaNews agency, the incident occurred at nighttime.

“The police found out that a 36-year resident of Penza is involved in inflicting bodily harm on a 42-year-old victim. The man confessed to the crime,” the ministry said.

The department explained that the incident is currently being investigated.
