As PenzaNews agency journalist reported from the scene, the ambulance pre-diagnosed the victim with traumatic brain injury and decided to hospitalize her.

The accident occurred near the pedestrian crossing.

According to the driver, she did not see the girl stepping onto the roadway due to cars parked on the sidewalk.

The cause of the accident could also have been pedestrian’s carelessness. There is a broken cell phone on the road. It is possible that the victim was talking to someone and did not see the car moving towards her.

Traffic police officers are investigating all the circumstances of the accident.
