Penza, 19 December 2014. PenzaNews. A 15-year old Penza region citizen was found guilty of raping an underage girl.

“The court and the investigation found out that the teenager led a 13-year old acquaintance to a barren lot under the pretext of having an evening walk in August 2014, and subsequently raped her,” Lyudmila Fomina, Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the city Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, told PenzaNews agency.

The police were alarmed by the parents of the girl who learned of the crime.

“The court sentenced the teenager to 30 months in a juvenile correctional facility,” she added.
