Penza, 3 March 2015. PenzaNews. The police have initiated a criminal case against a Penza citizen, 35, suspected of sexual abuse of his own child.

“According to investigation, the suspect sexually abused his own daughter, 7, numerous times, filming his actions on his mobile phone. The child was abused by her own father when the girl was staying at his house as a guest, since her parents were divorced,” Lyudmila Fomina, Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the city Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, informed PenzaNews agency.

The police have searched the suspect’s flat and found evidence of the crime, she added.

“The court has placed the suspect into custody. The investigators are establishing the details of the crime, as well as collecting and cataloguing the evidence,” said the speaker.

According to Lyudmila Fomina, the Penza region branch of Administration “K” has also began criminal proceedings after the MIA officers revealed the person has distributed child pornography online.
