Penza, 20 March 2015. PenzaNews. Penza police are investigating the fraud against a gas station user who refueled his car without paying for it.

“According to the worker of a gas station located on Austrina street, an unidentified person refueled his Audi 100 car for over 2,600 rubles of gas under the pretext of paying after the fact, and then left,” the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs department informed PenzaNews agency.

The alleged fraudster has been identified, the officials added.

“He is a Penza resident, 31. The person was detained and confessed to the crime,” the press service said, adding that the person already had a previous conviction.

According to the police, the investigators are deciding on initiating a criminal case on fraud.
