Penza, 24 March 2015. PenzaNews. The police have filed a criminal case against a Penza region resident on falsified registration of four foreigners.

“We established that the man registered four Uzbek citizens to a flat via illegal means to provide them legal means to stay in the Russian Federation. Even though he knew in advance that the foreigners will not be residing by their address of registration, he provided false information to the Department of the Federal Migration Service of Russia in the Penza region,” Yulia Makarova, Senior Assistant Attorney in the Penza region in Media Relations, informed PenzaNews agency.

Based on the investigation, she added, the court received four requests to deem the registrations void and nullify the foreigners’ migration registration.
