Penza, 19 June 2015. PenzaNews. A Penza region resident, 47, will face a criminal case on suspicion of committing a crime under point B, part 4, Art. 132 of the Criminal Code, titled “Violent Actions of Sexual Character.”

“According to investigation, the man was a neighbor of a family with the 7-year-old girl. On one day in June 2015, the suspect told her he will give her money for sweets, lured her into his house and committed violent actions of sexual character, full informed of her age. The girl told about it to her parents,” Lyudmila Fomina, Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the city Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, told PenzaNews agency.

Currently, the suspect is held in custody before the court, she clarified.

“The police are gathering and filing the evidence to the case. The man may face 12 to 20 years in prison under the listed article of the Criminal Code,” the speaker said.
