Penza, 23 June 2015. PenzaNews. The State Duma deputy of the Saratov region Anton Ischenko claimed that somebody stole a banner with the writing “Bring Soviet Union Back to Us!” and his image that he had ordered to install by “Streletsky” shopping center on Stroiteley prospekt in Penza.

“They stole my banner reading ‘Bring Soviet Union Back to Us’ in Penza. Just insolent! Or somebody irked by the presence of myself and LDPR in the region?” the deputy wrote in Facebook.

A total of 68 users have liked the message as of 11.00 am of Tuesday, June 23.

Currently, the ad space where Anton Ischenko’s banner had been installed is occupied by an advertisement of a “LADA Detal” shop on Lunacharskovo street.
