The funds will be allocated under the social support program for people whose property sustained damage in a fire.

The fire location was visited in the morning of January 1 by the mayor Victor Kuvaytsev and the head of the Leninsky city area administration Yuri Chipchiu.

After surveying the scene, Victor Kuvaytsev instructed the Penza administration deputy head Sergei Volkov to evaluate the sustained damage and the size of social support necessary to repair the housing and restore the necessary living conditions.

According to Sergei Volkov, the city’s social issues department head Alexei Nikolaev, as well as representatives of the accelerated social assistance office, already met with the flat-owner: the woman in question was offered temporary residence in interim housing, as well as aid of food and goods, which she refused.

The objective to help Tatyana Morozova will be personally monitored by Victor Kuvaytsev until the problem is fully resolved, the press service of the Penza city administration told PenzaNews agency.
