Federal authorities owe 117 million rubles for performed works on construction of the perinatal center for 130 beds, which is being constructed on the territory of the Burdenko Penza region hospital. This was reported by the governor Ivan Belozertsev during the on-site meeting on Wednesday, October 12.

“We see that the number of employees working on the site increased by 150 people, and there is a result. However, time is short and the square of the building erected allows involving 100-150 people in work. We need to promptly extend field of interior works,” the head of the region said.

He noted that it is also necessary to promptly organize tenders on equipment purchasing that Moscow takes responsibility for.
“In this regard, I wrote a treatment to all Moscow officials, whom the decision depends on, requesting to accelerate tenders for purchasing medical equipment for the Penza centre,” Ivan Belozertsev said.

“We will complete the construction, we will do our best to commission the building till the end of the year,” the press service of the Penza region government cited the government.
