Penza, 8 December 2011. PenzaNews. The vice-president of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the leader of LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky, making comments on the meetings of the opposition which took place in Moscow after the announcement of preliminary results of parliamentary elections, pointed out the infringements of the selective legislation in the Penza region. Vladimir Zhirinovsky said: “There were different data in the reports of observers and in the system GAS “Elections” in Penza”.

The leader of LDPR said: “People have the protest, and they have right for it. Everybody knows, how the elections were held, voters were under pressure, the sneer company was used. Protests are normal phenomenon. People don't want to agree with the lie they face”.

According to the information placed on the of site liberally-democratic party, on the facts of infringements during the elections protests are directed to governors, public prosecutors and to electoral committees. The list of infringements is presented also to the Central Electoral Committee of Russia.

As the news agency PenzaNews reported earlier, the representatives of Penza regional branch of political party “Yabloko” intend to apply the complaint to the Office of Public Prosecutor and Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza region concerning infringement of election legislation in the polling stations of Penza during elections of deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation which took place on Sunday, December, 4th.

In his turn, the chairman of election committee of the Penza region Nikolay Taktarov declared that the application “Apple” will be checked up. Thus he admitted that elections have never been recognized illegitimate at any polling stations in Penza yet.
