Penza, 10 October 2014. PenzaNews. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin will take part in the countrywide forum of the All-Russia People’s Front (APF) called “Quality education for the Country” that will be held in Penza on October 14-15. The forum participants will report to the head of the country on the fact that more than half of his instructions on education were not carried out.

According to the APF monitoring program sanctioned by the President, only 17 instructions out of 38 were completed. Three of them were carried out by APF itself, including the order on school uniforms and kindergarten tution fees limitation.

The Russian government has successfully carried out 14 instructions, such as the inclusion of the chapters on the role of Crimea and Sevastopol in the Russian Empire, the USSR and the modern Russia in the unified history schoolbook, and successful release of a schoolbook for the 9th-grade students that contains the description of Crimea re-joining Russia.

According to the Kommersant newspaper, Dmitry Peskov, press secretary for the Russian President, has confirmed the fact that the Penza forum visit is scheduled in the President’s timetable.
