According to him, the 2015 expenses in this area will be reduced by 5%, or approximately 21 million rubles for the city budget.

Transportation and area administration institution expenses will be cut by over 2 million rubles, while salary expenses will be reduced according to cut vacancies, with a total economy of over 2 million rubles.

According to the press service of the regional government, the apartment construction department of Penza city will reduce its expenses by 2 million 645 thousand rubles through reducing its staff by 15%.
