Alexei Ryabov moves to working in Penza city administration

Penza, 13 April 2015. PenzaNews. Alexei Ryabov, former first deputy chairman of the Penza region government as of Monday, April 13, plans to continue his job record in the city administration.

“My leave is due to finding a new job. I will be working for the sake of my compatriots in the Penza administration,” he said.
Alexei Ryabov thanked the governor Vasily Bochkarev, the ministers and the regional government staff for pleasant work and experience which he said would be invaluable in the future, reports the press service of the regional government.
In 2000, he graduated with honors from the Penza State University with a major in State and Municipal Management, and began his job record as an economist at NIKIRET.
From 2002 to 2007, he worked as the leading specialist (economist) and the head of economy department of the Zarechny city administration, and in 2007, was appointed deputy head of Zarechny city administration for economics and business development.
From 2009 to December 2013, he worked as the first deputy head of Zarechny city administration for financial issues.
On April 25, 2014, Alexei Ryabov was placed at the position of the deputy Minister of Economy of the Penza region. While in the office, he headed the department of planning, evaluating regulative influence and effectiveness of executive bodies; and the department of state capital investments and state program coordination.
He worked as acting chairman of the Penza region government since July 22, 2014; as deputy chairman of the regional government since August 18; and as first deputy chairman of the regional government after November 20, heading all the social-related bodies.
