During the meeting, a Penza State University professor Lyudmila Fionova dwelled on the issue of correspondence ethics.

Moreover, deputy head of the Public Relations Department for the regional government Svetlana Serebryakova discussed the implementation of the law “On Reviewing Addresses from Citizens and Organizations in the Russian Federation,” highlighting the issues and presenting a table on forms and means of communication.

The authorities must quickly and clearly react on questions and letters from the citizens and give definitive answers, Valery Savin noted.

“I am calling for the state servants of all levels to approach this issue with honesty and an open mind so that we would work together for the good of the people. Their trust to authorities as a whole depends on every single one of us,” he said.

The participants of the meeting also discussed the grain and hay harvest and preparation of cattle houses to the winter season.

Moreover, they also reviewed the preparation to the 2015-2016 heating season that currently is at 69.7%, says the press service of the Penza region government.
