Vyacheslav Kosmachev elected deputy head of Penza region Legislative Assembly

Penza, 9 October 2015. PenzaNews. Vyacheslav Kosmachev, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region, member of the regional headquarters of the All-Russia People's Front, head physician of the medical prevention center, was elected the vice-speaker of the regional parliament during the October 9 30th session.

He was suggested by the chairman of the Legislative Assembly Valery Lidin, who also noted that the governor Ivan Belozertsev supported his candidacy.

The deputy Lyubov Ruzmanova spokes in support of Vyacheslav Kosmachev, and stressed he is well known to Penza citizens through his work in healthcare and All-Russian People’s Front.

In his turn, Legislative Assembly Nikolai Kotov, chairman of the regional workers unions federation, said he knows Vyacheslav Kosmachev for nearly 20 years.

“He is an easygoing man, always friendly. He has his own opinion in discussion, he defends his standing with arguments,” he said.

Following that, the deputies expressed their opinion over Vyacheslav Kosmachev through closed vote.

The results were subsequently announced by Alexander Lomovtsev.

30 total voting ballots were used, 29 valid cast in the voting box, he said.

“Vyacheslav Vladimirovich Kosmachev: for – 29, against – none,” the deputy said.

After the vote confirmation procedure, Valery Lidin offered his new deputy to take his new seat in the parliament presidium.

“Vyacheslav Vladimirovich, congratulations from us, wish you successful work,” said the speaker.
