Ivan Belozertsev placed in average-effectiveness group in governors’ rating

Penza, 15 October 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev received 51 points in the tenth effectiveness rating of Russian governors compiled by the Civil Community Development Foundation. The results of the rating were published on Thursday, October 15.

The rating sorted governors into three groups: very high, high and average effectiveness, Ivan Belozertsev being included in the third one for his first time in the list.
The leaders of the governors’ effectiveness rating are Anatoly Artamonov and Dmitry Kobylkin, heads of the Kaluga region and the Yamalo-Nenetsk autonomous region respectively, who shared the first place with 98 points each.
The third position was taken by the Belgorod region governor Evgeny Savchenko with 96 points.
