Penza, 1 December 2015. PenzaNews. Larisa Ryabikhina has been appointed the gubernatorial and regional government staff chief, announced the head of the region Ivan Belozertsev during the regular meeting session of the regional government on Tuesday, December 1.

In particular, according to him, Larisa Ryabikhina will be managing the staff and the representatives of the Penza region government in the Russian Government.

Larisa Yuryevna Ryabikhina was born in Semipalatinsk city of Kazakhstan on 28 February 1963.

In 2007, she was appointed the head of the Penza region Department of Demography, Family and Youth Policy, moving on to the office of the Penza city administration deputy head in 2008.

Larisa Ryabikhina had been the acting gubernatorial and Penza region government staff chief since May 2015.
