The agenda of the seminar meeting also includes a number of speeches mostly dedicated to the upcoming Russian Duma election campaign.
The second half of the day will feature the talks between members of the CPRF Presidium and the Central Committee secretaries with heads of regional committees; as well as sessions of permanent committees and the staff committee for the CPRF Central Committee Presidium.
The 10th (March) joint plenum of the CPRF Central Committee and the Central Control and Revision Committee will take place on Saturday, March 26, with two main objectives on the agenda: development of people’s enterprises, and assembly of the 16th (extraordinary) Communist Party convention.
It is expected that Georgy Kamnev will make a previously announced speech on creation of a people’s enterprise in the Penza region.
According to the leader of Penza Communists, a shorter chain of intermediaries between the producers and the consumers will help reduce end prices significantly, which is crucial for the citizens that are forced to buy less food due to the currently tough economic situation.
