Penza, 13 April 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev took the 20th place in the Medialogia March 2016 citation rating of Russian heads of regions with their own blogs.

According to available data, Ivan Belozertsev amassed a citation index of 1.54 points.

Over the past month, the media actively quoted the Penza region governor’s post where he expressed his condolences to the relatives and friends of the people who had died in a tragic accident on the M5 federal highway.

The leader of the rating is the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, with a citation rating of 336.84 points, followed by the Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin and the head of Ingushetiya Yunus-Bek Yevkurov with 112.33 and 73.57 points respectively.

The rating of blogging governors featured the heads of Russian regions who were active at the research target span and are writing in the own blogs, with consideration for citations of the governors in the media.

The rating is based on a media database of over 31,000 sources, such as TV and radio stations, newspapers, magazines, news agencies and websites.
