Penza, 17 May 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza city hall website has published the information on income, property and material liabilities in 2015 as declared by the four Penza administration deputy heads – Sergei Volkov, Vladimir Popkov, Irina Shirshina and Yuri Ilyin.

According to the information, the 2015 income of the Penza first vice-mayor Sergei Volkov was 1,261,081 rubles, while his wife earned 209,960 rubles. Each of the spouses owns a 1/3 share of a flat of 52.6 sq. meters.

The Penza vice-mayor Vladimir Popkov has declared an annual income of 1,313,876 rubles, while the income of his wife is 896,170 rubles. The deputy head of the Penza city administration owns a land plot of 1,400 sq. meters, while his wife holds a flat of 31 sq. meters.

The vice-mayor Yuri Ilyin earned 1,016,199 rubles over the past year, with no real estate or vehicles to his name, according to the declaration, while his wife owns a 1/4 share of a flat of 61.6 sq. meters.

In the meantime, the vice-mayor Irina Shirshina declared an income of 1,170,309 rubles, while her husband earned 1,349,833 rubles. She owns two flats, 35.3 and 43.2 sq. meters respectively, her husband – a VAZ-21074, and her underage son – a flat of 39.6 sq. meters.

In the meantime, the information about the vice-mayor Andrei Shevchenko, who was appointed to the office on 14 January 2016, has not been published.
