Penza, 14 April 2021. PenzaNews. Herman Dorofeyev, deputy head of the Penza administration for economy and business development, was dismissed from his post by mutual agreement. This was said by Anastasia Sobornikova, head of the city hall's press service.

Herman Dorofeev worked in his post for just over a year: he had been appointed deputy head of the city administration in February 2020. Prior to that, he had been director of the state unitary enterprise Regional Gas and Energy Company (OGEC).
