Penza, 18 January 2012. PenzaNews. An electronic terminal “Electronic reception of the President of the Russian Federation” was installed in the building of the administration of the town of Kuznetsk of the Penza region.

As Natalia Babushkina, Head of Public Relations Office, said in an interview with news agency PenzaNews access to the terminal is available after the electronic device reads relevant data from the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.

“Every citizen can now address the head of state directly both electronically in writing and orally by recording a video message which is to be requested in advance,” she explained.

The interlocutor of the agency added that residents of Kuznetsk will be able to access various additional reference materials through the terminal.

“In particular, there are various additional reference materials on the operation of receptions of the President of the Russian Federation, including mobile and electronic, concerning review of applications by citizens, organizations and public associations and the measures taken in response to those as well as legislative acts setting out procedures for reviewing such applications,” Natalia Babushkina pointed out.

As she said, the terminal was also installed in Serdobsk of the Penza region.
