The government of the Penza region considered questions on increase in number of search and rescue service with a disposition on the basis of the existing fire brigades located along highway M5 “Ural” and acquisition of the helicopter for operative help to victims in road accident.

According to the chief of “Penza search and rescue service” Gennady Kabanov, for maintenance of one rescue formation number (RFN) of 7 persons the special car and the working clothes complete set 2 million 845 thousand roubles is required.

In total, as he said, in region territory it is necessary to create 11 RFN, the total sum of expenses on which will make 31 298 thousand rubles.

“Rough expenses for acquisition of the helicopter and the maintenance of aviation group make: helicopter “MI-8” 170 million rubles, “KA-226” 140 million roubles, expenses on operation, land maintenance, parking of the helicopter and the maintenance of is minimum put staff of aviation group in number of 19 persons in a year more than 10 million roubles. The cost price of work of the medical helicopter reaches 100 thousand roubles for one flight hour,” said Gennady Kabanov.

As they say in the report given in Legislative Assembly of the Penza region by the vice-president of the government – the head of department on preventive maintenance of offenses, interaction with law enforcement bodies and realizations of internal policy of region by Sergey Zlatogorsky, taking into account that the budget is subsidized, carrying out of the above-stated actions isn't obviously possible.

“B the present cover of all sites of the highways passing on territory of the Penza region, is carried out by forces on duty and means of 19 divisions of the federal fire service certified on the right of conducting of a wrecking by the Penza fire-saving center,” the document says.
