Penza, 16 February 2012. PenzaNews. Members of working group on rendering to citizens of the qualified legal aid have spent reception condemned in IK-1 Federal Service of Execution of Punishments of Russia for the Penza region past Wednesday on February 15.

According to Press Secretary of Federal Service of Execution of Punishments of Russia for the Penza region Andrey Popkov, the group was created at regional Department of the Ministry of Justice.

“The group includes head of department of Ministry of Justice for the Penza region Michael Zelepukin, ombudsperson of the Penza region Svetlana Pinishina, the president of lawyer chamber of the Penza region Nikolay Demerzov and representatives of notarial chamber, Registry Office and students of the centers of legal aid to population of Penza universities,” the spokesman explained.

As he said, convicts of IK-1 could ask questions and get necessary consultations.

“In total 15 persons addressed for consultation to experts. Most questions were about claims in court, explanations of amendments if the criminal code, restoration of lost documents and problems of alimony payments,” Andrey Popkov informed.

He admitted that the group will visit all penalty colonies of the region in 2012.
