Penza, 12 March 2012. PenzaNews. The administration of Shemyshejsky district of the Penza region declared open auction on the car “Volkswagen Tiguan” or its equivalent, which cost was defined as the level of 1 134 200 rubles according to several specialized sites.

According to the competitive documentation, the car should be 2012 of the release, earlier not used, in good repair, having the necessary documentation and the certificates provided by the legislation.

According to specification a car should be equipped with not less than 1.4 engine working on gasoline “Euro 4” class, mechanical 6-step transmission, central lock with remote radio control, conditioner “Climatronik,” active forward headrests and external mirrors with electro adjustment and separate electro heating.

In additional requirements it is specified that the car should have steel disks with winter rubber, leather furnish of a steering wheel, the lever of a transmission and the central armrest, and also an illumination package “Ambiente,” make-up mirrors with illumination, navigating system “RNS 315” and a set of rubber rugs in a salon and a luggage carrier.

Auction is planned on Friday March 23. The purchase will be financing from the budget of the Penza region.

Earlier the administration of Pachelmsky district of the Penza region declared open auction on acquisition of new D-class car. In particular, for needs of officials it is planned to buy “Skoda Superb” or an equivalent that is not older than 2011, with 1.8 engine, an automatic transmission and leather salon that costs 990 thousand rubles.

Car should have forward seats with lumbar support and adjustment on height, a suspension bracket for bad roads, a heat-shielding glass cover, heating of external electro mirrors, seats and washer atomizers, the gage of the rain, the onboard computer with the multipurpose display, chrome package and overlays on thresholds, and also forward antifog headlights with the function of turn illumination.

As it was reported earlier, in April 2011 governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev recommended heads of districts of Penza, Kuznetsk, Serdobsk and Kamenka to change office cars to motor scooters in order to personally supervise works in the settlements. A week later motor scooters were bought by officials of Narovchatsky and Serdobsky districts according to advice of the head of the region.
