Penza, 12 March 2012. PenzaNews. New ice palace is planned to be built in Arbeckovo micro-district in Penza region. The discussion of this project stared on the official web-site of the regional government.

“Building is preplanned on 2013-2015 years. Citizens’ suggestions are being accepted on the special web-site before March 27,” said the press-service of regional information department.

As was reported earlier, the project will be co financed, 50% of funds will be received from federal budget within the program of chemical disarmament and another part will be allocated from the regional budget.
