Penza, 16 March 2012. PenzaNews. The solemn meeting devoted to Day of workers of housing and communal services sphere took place in Penza Regional Drama Theater named after of A.V. Lunacharsky on Friday, March 16.

Governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev, chairman of Legislative Assembly Alexander Gulyakov, main federal inspector for the Penza region Dmitry Kadenkov, mayor of Penza Ivan Belozertsev and also heads and workers of housing-and-municipal sphere of the region took part in it.

The governor thanked all come and praised how hard work utility providers.

“Together with congratulations I would like discuss problems. First of all, we should provide population with qualitative water and such project is necessary for developing for each settlement. The second, I ask you to work adequately in the beginning of spring and especially in preparations for sacred holiday Victory Day in a city and settlements,” said Vasily Bochkarev.

He underlined that utility providers are often behind in beautification and questions of accomplishment. The main task for the nearest future is snow cleaning and removing it from roofs.

“We should protect resources, after all each of you also is a participant of housing and communal services and not everyone is satisfied with established tariffs. Let’s find together ways to make prices reasonable and money work for a person,” declared the head of the region.

The chairman of Legislative Assembly Alexander Gulyakov underlined that housing and communal services sphere at all more low on the importance, than, for example, defense and the industry.

“You provide life quality. Certainly, it is difficult to please everyone, but we should try,” said the speaker of regional parliament.

Within the limits of solemn meeting Vasily Bochkarev presented diplomas of the ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation and governor’s thankful letter to the best workers.
