Penza, 16 March 2012. PenzaNews. New rates for the services of local telecommunication provided by “Rostelecom” were fixed on Friday, March 16.

“Rates for subscribers-citizens using services of telecommunication for personal, family, house needs and other not connected with realization of enterprise activity and also for subscribers – legal bodies and the citizens using services of telecommunication for needs of others, than personal, family, house and others, not connected with realization of enterprise activity were changed,” informed company press-service.

Subscriber fee for home telephone will be 165 rubles a month.

“In the presence of technical possibility of time account of local telephone connection duration the payment for minute of conversation in addition to above-named fee will be 0.36 rubles for city residents and 0.24 rubles for rural settlements.

Monthly payment for unlimited calls will cost 225 rubles beyond fee for city residents and100 rubles for rural settlements.

“Those who use combined system of payment for at a rate of 340 minutes monthly payment besides the fee will make 110 roubles for city residents and 95 roubles for rural settlements,” specified the press-service.

On the average tariffs for using local telecommunication increased by 10 rubles.
