Penza, 19 April 2012. PenzaNews. More than 1 800 thousand hectares will be planted in the Penza region in 2012. Supplement of forestry crops is planned to carry out at the square of 2 207 thousand hectares and seed of crops at the area of 12.2 hectares.

“An active work is being held in all wood nurseries of the region. It is necessary to dig out all seeding that have been grown up specially for planting the wood within 2 or 3 days. It is planned to receive totally about 9 million seeding of pines and deciduous breeds in nurseries of the region this year," reported in the regional ministry of wood, hunting economy and environmental office.

By data for April 19, forestry crops at the area of 101.8 hectares and the addition at the area of 93.5 hectares have been planted in the region.
