Penza, 19 April 2012. PenzaNews. From 6 to 8 billion rubles is required for construction of storm sewerage in Penza. Governor Vasily Bochkarev reported about it during the meeting with journalists on Wednesday, April 18.

"It is huge money and large volume of work. But we start to do it. In all projects of reconstruction of road cloth which are being realized today in the city, repair or construction of the storm sewerage and treatment facilities is provided," Vasily Bochkarev told.

The head of the region also reported that reconstruction of roads in 28 settlements which were included in the appropriate program has begun and has received financing.

"Such thing has never happened before, that the state allocated money for the construction of roads in villages. The similar problem exists not only in our region. The "young" cities can boast of good roads, for example, Tolyatti, Zarechny and similar where the correct building was initially provided," was noted by him.

Besides, Vasily Bochkarev paid attention to a training problem.

"The import equipment is used, and unprepared people work with it. The qualified experts don't go to construct roads as it is difficult. And we see migrants there. It is necessary to create training system so that workers will construct roads not for a "tick", and for themselves," his press service quotes words of the governor.
