According to weather forecasts, in the last week of the month temperatures are expected to be between +8 and +10C at night and between +20 and +24C during the day. Rain is not expected.

Average daily temperatures are expected to drop by 2–4C in the beginning of May. Sunny weather will change into cloudy. Showers and thunder-storms are possible.

Some climatologists believe that hot weather in the European part of Russia is due to global warming.
