Public servants of Penza region trained in Samara

Penza, 14 June 2012. PenzaNews. Public servants of the Penza region completed a traineeship with the state authorities of the Samara region. “The workshops of the educational program were held on June 6 and 7 on the basis of the staff of the government, the provincial council and the executive authorities of the Samara region,” informed the Deputy Staff Manager – Head of Civil Service and Personnel of the Government of the Penza region, Elena Rogova.

She noted that in the course of training the public servants of the governor and the government staff, the Legislative Assembly and the government executive bodies of the Penza region studied the regulatory and legal framework, and organizational and administrative documents of the regional government of the Samara region, conducted a series of meetings with the colleagues from the line ministries, offices and departments, participated in workshops and sessions of the Samara Regional Duma.

The heads of executive agencies and departments were sent to the traineeship. Among them were the Head of the Department of Management of J.P. Performance, Rogulev Michael, the Head of the Department of Information Policy and Media, Nailya Davydova, the Deputy Head of Governor Administration, Alexander Abbakumov, and the first Deputy Head of Culture, Marina Boytsova.

“We expect that the study of advanced practices of Samara colleagues will find the outcome in the real proposals and projects for development of spheres supervised by the trained leaders,” said Elena Rogova.

She explained that before the workshops, the participants of the traineeship had theoretical study at the training center of the Government of the Penza region, where the leading professors and practitioners spoke on the topical issues of governance in the regions.

“Upon completion of the educational program, a round table was held to discuss the results of the traineeship. The participants outlined substantial richness and practical importance of the training program,” summed up the agency’s interlocutor.
