Penza, 28 June 2012. PenzaNews. Phonecalls recorder, which records all incoming and outgoing telephone conversations was installed at the police station in Issa village, the Penza region.

According to the chief officer of the police station Michael Shigaev, records are daily listened to by the head of the law enforcement agency or (if required) by higher authorities, Prosecutor General’s Office or Inherent Security Department.

The new equipment allows to additionally control activities of the employees, to identify cases of denial to register citizens’ complaints and other violations, says the local newspaper “Vpered.”
