The head of Penza administration Roman Chernov told this to the governor Vasily Bochkarev during the meeting in the Government of the region. “Tomorrow hot water supply will be resumed in 43 houses. In other apartment buildings hot water will be available by September 15,” Roman Chernov said.

According to the deputy chairman of the Government of the Penza region Dmitry Semyonov, the problem occurred because of pipe breaks during the second pressure test of the heating system.

Dmitry Semyonov stated that emergency crews were involved to eliminate the effects of pipe breaks.
